This kit contains everything you will need to start painting with wool
Kit ingredients:-
The painting wools - A selection 'Palette' of 100g of different types and colours. Including Dyed roving 'tops', Natural roving 'tops', Carded slivers and a carded batt.
The canvas - 2 x A4 prefelt canvases. These can be cut to any size. Prefelt makes the perfect canvas for painting with wool as it is wool that has partially been felted into a flat canvas allowing it to become part of the art work.
The painting needles - 6 X Colour coded felting needles 2 x Fine, 2 x Medium, 2 x Course
Everything else - Protective real leather finger guards.
High quality dense felting mat 15 x 15 x 4 cm
High quality wooden needle felting handle
Protective craft tube for needles etc
General instructions on techniques with pictures. Examples of completed works for inspiration
We guarantee that we never source our wool from mulesed flocks (A practice that is still legal and widely used in Australia and China) as we believe this to be cruel and unethical. We like our wooly friends to be well cared for and happy
